As I plan to play some “Barbarossa” scenarios in Battlegroup game, I started to build some tanks for it. My first choice was a light, reconnaissance tank – Pz. II C in generic, Panzergrau colour scheme. Model I used, is a well known, polish “Fist to Fight” series kit.
As usual, I used Tamiya & Gunze acrylics, AK, MiG and Vallejo effects and pigments, and some simple techniques, such as drybrushing and soft pencil.
Recovery vehicles models aren’t as popular as their armed equivalents, especially in 1/72nd scale. But they’re a great topic for modellers, if you like weathered and heavy worn models, because they were often used in hard conditions on the battlefield.
